  6. While exhaling bend the knees and lower the legs over the head, releasing the hands from the upper back and get back to a lie-flat position.
  • Halasana / Plough Pose
    • From Sarvangasana, slowly lower your toes to the floor above and beyond your head.
    • After that, support your upper back with your hands.
    • Maintain the pose for 5 to 8 breathes.
    • Then by exhaling lift your leg off the floor. Bend the knees and lower the legs over the head. Releasing the hands from the upper back and get back to a lie-flat position.
